In the year of 2002 a new council regulation on community designs was implemented. In the beginning of the essay the legal situtation before the implementation is investigated and part of the purpose is to evaluate if it constitutes a solution to the problems with protection of fashion designs that existed then. Because fashion designs more or less were excluded from protection during the period before the implementation the fashion business developed a habit of unauthorized reproduction. This attitude among the market players is a central point of the essay. The essay starts off with a review of the earlier lack of possibilities regarding the protection of fashion designs.

En god formgivning krÀver en ekonomisk insats som Àr förenad med ett visst mÄtt av risktagande. Formgivningsskyddet hjÀlper formgivaren att ÄterfÄ sin investering. PÄ EU-nivÄ regleras omrÄdet av Mönsterdirektivet och EG-förordningen för gemenskapsformgivning. Formgivningens utseende skyddas pÄ liknande sÀtt i de bÄda regleringarna och omfattar varje formgivning som inte ger ett annat helhetsintryck för den kunnige anvÀndaren.I den svenska lagstiftningen regleras omrÄdet av Mönsterskyddslagen och Lagen om upphovsrÀtt till konstnÀrliga och litterÀra verk.

This bachelor?s thesis aims to examine how the ?New Pact on Migration and Asylum? construct the discourse on ?sustainable migration? and ?efficiency? in the European Union. The new jurisprudence concerning migration and asylum in the European Union seeks to establish a more ?fair, efficient and sustainable migration and asylum system?. To analyze the discourses, a critical discourse analysis is applied to the former asylum regulation, Dublin regulation III, a revised and withdrawn proposal, Dublin regulation IV, and future legislation.

The purpose of this study is to achieve an understanding of how a CE- marking process is conducted and to identify the relevant factors that must be considered in such a process. We have conducted our study at Lo?vhults Svets & Smide AB (Lo?vhults) in Skruv, Sma?land Sweden, which are manufacturing brackets for small covering constructions.To understand how a CE-marking process is conducted several documents and provisions have been reviewed to achieve a basic understanding and insight of the subject. It thus led to that guideline ETAG 015 were studied and the factors to be considered in the CE-marking of brackets were identified. Together with Jan-A?ke Johansson at Lo?vhults we agreed on four different brackets to investigate for a potential CE-marking.
